This website is run by DATATONIA SUARL, a company registered in Tunisia. In these terms, "Datatonia," "we," and "us" mean that company.

Using this site

This website is here to tell you what we do and let you get in touch. The content is provided as is. We keep it accurate but make no guarantee it's complete or up to date at every moment.

Quotes and the work

Anything on this site, including delivery times, the way we describe our process, and any figures shown, is general information, not a binding offer. A quote becomes real only when we send you a written one for your specific project and you accept it. Each engagement is governed by its own agreement, which sets out scope, price, milestones, and ownership.

Ownership

When a project is paid for, you own the code and the deliverables, as set out in the agreement. The Datatonia name, logo, and the design of this site remain ours.

Support and fixes

• Bugs in what we built are fixed free, with no time limit.
• Work outside our hands, for example a third party changing an API, a platform you control, or a new feature, is handled as paid work under a retainer or hourly arrangement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability tied to a project is set in that project's agreement.

Governing law

These terms, and your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Tunisia. The terms of an individual project are governed by whatever that project's signed agreement says.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the studio changes. The date at the top shows when we last did, and the current version always lives on this page.
